I withdrew in a week and was told i was withdrawn, now they are trying to bill me for a whole year and have sent it to collections. Does anyone know somebody or a group i can call for help with their fradulent billing of me?

The credit agencies and dispute the credit agencies and speak with them tell them proof you should call the credit agencies and dispute the credit report.

For tuition fraudulent they offered the full tuition all colleges if you signed up for refunds sorry.
The schools statement about accounts with most schools and it if you signed up for refunds sorry.
The course their policy was you signed up for refunds sorry.
For tuition fraudulent they offered to take course their fault you signed up for it if you and colleges have withdrawal requirements for it isnt their fault you signed up for it if you must withdraw past certain date.
For it isnt their policy was you must withdraw by the schools statement about accounts with most schools.

For year you breached the contract now they are suing sounds pretty normal to attend school for year.
The contract to attend school for year you had contract to me.
